Our Mission: Building Roofs That Last, For People Who Value Quality

At Phillips Traditional Metal Roofing, we believe that a roof is more than just protection for your property. It’s an investment in quality, durability, and peace of mind. For over 20 years, we’ve been partnering with clients like you—people who value craftsmanship, precision, and the confidence of a job well done.

Frequently asked questions

We understand that every project is unique. That’s why we take the time to discuss your goals, budget, and aesthetic preferences before recommending a material. Whether you’re looking for the patina of zinc, the durability of copper, or the eco-friendliness of Greencoat PLX, we’ll help you choose a solution that fits your vision and performs well over time.

Metal roofing is incredibly versatile and can suit both modern and traditional buildings. We offer various finishes and materials that can enhance the look of your property, whether it’s a contemporary build or a historic home. Our team will work with you to ensure your new roof complements and enhances your property’s aesthetic.

This is a common concern, and we’re here to reassure you. When installed with proper insulation and underlayment, a metal roof is just as quiet as any other roofing material, even during heavy rain. We use the best practices to ensure your roof provides peace and quiet, along with durability.

We know that disruptions can be inconvenient. That’s why we plan every project carefully and provide a clear timeline upfront. A typical residential installation takes about 1 to 2 weeks, but we’ll work efficiently to minimise disruptions. Our team respects your space, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

We’re committed to building relationships that last as long as our roofs do. If you ever need maintenance, repairs, or simply have questions, we’re just a phone call away. Our goal is to support you long after the installation is complete, ensuring your roof stays in top condition.
